Q.  How do I beome a sponsor?

A.  The 2011 Boulevard Bolt is looking for new sponsors. If you are interested, please email us at info@boulevardbolt.com or call Debbie Maxwell at Immanuel Baptist Churst at 615-297-5356 for more information.  

Q. How do I register?

A. Registration will be available for the 2011 race on Active.com beginning October, 2011.

Q. What is the cost of the race?

A. $60 on November 24, race day.

Q. I s there a group or family rate?

A. No, only individual registration.

Q. Where do I pick up my T-shirt and race number?

A. Race numbers may be picked up prior to the race start on the morning of November 24, 2011, beginning at 6:00 a.m., but T-shirts will not be available until immediately after the race.

Q. How do I get a race chip?
A. CHIPS FOR 2011 ARE SOLD OUT. For the 2012 race we will be using ChampionChip technology and all serious runners competing for awards must have a chip to get an official time. Only the first 2,500 runners who pre-register for a chip will receive one.  No one who registers on race day will receive a chip.  Chips will be handed out with race numbers this year.

Q. Do I have to register my children?
A. Everyone who participates must be registered and have a race number to be on the course.

Q. Can I bring my dog or a stroller on the course?
A. No. Dogs and strollers are not allowed.  Please help us keep the boulevard safe for everyone..

Q. Who benefits from the proceeds?
A. All proceeds from the event go to homeless charities in Nashville. See the Beneficiaries link for this year’s recipients.

Q. What is the distance of the race?
A. The Boulevard Bolt is a certified 5-mile course, down and back on Belle Meade Boulevard.

Q. Where do I park?
A. A free shuttle service will be running from The Temple at 5015 Harding Road. Additional surface parking is available at Immanuel Baptist Church and at office park on Harding Road across from the Belle Meade Kroger.

Q. What time does the race start?
A. The 2011 Boulevard Bolt will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day

PLEASE – FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS – NO STROLLERS, DOGS, OR ROLLERBLADES ARE PERMITTED ON THE COURSE.
